Fleur Reverie Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 12th 2025

Welcome to the Fleur Reverie Membership Program. By purchasing and maintaining a Fleur Reverie Membership (“Membership”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Membership Overview

  • The Fleur Reverie Membership is an annual program that provides members with exclusive benefits, including discounted pricing and other perks described below.

  • Membership is available for an annual fee of $19.5 (USD).

2. Eligibility

  • Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or older with a valid account on fleurreverie.com.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual associated with the purchasing account.

3. Benefits

  • 20% discount on eligible Fleur Reverie products sitewide.

  • Access to exclusive member-only designs, previews, and seasonal releases.

  • Priority access to Workspace Design consultations and bulk gifting services.

  • Complimentary standard shipping within the United States.

  • Fleur Reverie reserves the right to update or modify Membership benefits at any time.

4. Exclusions

  • Membership discounts do not apply to:

    • Gift cards

    • Taxes, fees, or shipping upgrades

    • Installation labor for custom moss walls or corporate projects

    • Already discounted or promotional items, unless otherwise noted

  • Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts.

5. Payment & Renewal

  • The Membership fee of $19.5 is billed annually at the time of enrollment.

  • Membership automatically renews every 12 months using the original payment method, unless canceled prior to renewal.

  • Members will receive an email reminder at least 14 days prior to renewal.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your Membership at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at aileen@fleurreverie.com

  • Cancellations must be completed before the renewal date to avoid the next year’s charge.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, including partial-year cancellations.

7. Termination by Fleur Reverie

  • Fleur Reverie reserves the right to suspend or terminate Memberships at its discretion if terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or misuse occurs.

  • If Fleur Reverie terminates a Membership without cause, a prorated refund will be issued.

8. Changes to Program

  • Fleur Reverie may modify or discontinue the Membership Program, including pricing and benefits, at any time.

  • Any material changes will be communicated in advance via email or website notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Fleur Reverie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Membership Program.

  • Membership benefits are offered “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
