At Fleur Reverie, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our dried flower arrangements. We understand, however, that there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. Our return and refund policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly.
Return Policy:

Eligibility Window: You may return items within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Shipping: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
